In 15–20 minutes of AI dialogue, discover how you argue, make decisions and which career profiles match your thinking style. Free, anonymous, browser-based.

(Optimised for desktop – the analysis requires longer text input.)

Status: ready.

Instructions

  1. Click the button to copy the prompt.
  2. Open Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT.
  3. There paste the copied prompt with CTRL + V and send it.
  4. Note that a prompt may NOT be executed if you provide it as a file upload. Use CTRL + V (Paste) instead.
  5. Public LLMs are constantly changing. Prompts that work reliably today may need to be adjusted as early as tomorrow. Moreover, these systems respond very differently.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CogniPass about?

CogniPass conducts a structured dialogue with you and analyses how you argue, make decisions and respond to contradictions. It evaluates cognitive markers such as argumentative consistency, thinking style and stress resilience – not factual knowledge or speed.

At the end you receive a personal profile indicating which career profiles match your thinking style.

Who is CogniPass for?

For anyone who wants to better understand themselves – whether in a job application context, at a career crossroads, or simply out of curiosity. No prior knowledge is required; the test is equally suitable for career starters and experienced professionals.

Do I need to answer honestly?

Answering tactically does not work reliably. CogniPass monitors the consistency of your argumentative chain across all rounds in the background. Anyone who evades, stays superficial or answers contradictorily will not reach sufficient data density – the system will then withhold the final analysis and flag the issue.

The result is only as precise as the substance of your answers.

Can I read my result later, or is it gone when I close the window?

The result appears at the end of the dialogue directly in the chat window of the AI service. It is not saved automatically – once you close the window or the session ends, it is gone.

Recommendation: copy the result into a text document or take a screenshot before closing.

What happens if the dialogue breaks off or I stop midway?

There is no progress saving. If the session is interrupted or the connection drops, the conversation history is lost and the test would need to be started from scratch.

Only start the test when you have 15–20 uninterrupted minutes available.

How long does the test take?

Allow at least 15 minutes. The duration does not depend on a fixed time, but on when the system has collected sufficient data – typically after 10 to 20 conversation rounds.

The more substantive your answers, the sooner the required data density is reached.

Which AI model should I use?

Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT all function reliably. The quality of the results may vary slightly depending on the model—this is due less to the prompt itself than to the systems' differing strengths regarding conversational flow and analysis.

Is the result scientifically validated?

No – not yet. CogniPass is in development and testing. The underlying methodology is plausible and theoretically grounded, but formal scientific validation (e.g. through independent studies or recognised standards) has not yet taken place.

The result should be understood as an orientating prompt for reflection, not as a certified assessment.

What data is collected?

The dialogue takes place exclusively in your browser with the AI service you have chosen. What you enter there is subject to the privacy policy of the respective provider (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) – not this website.

Can I retake the test?

Yes. There is no restriction on retakes. Bear in mind that a second run with the same model will produce similar results if you answer similarly – the system responds to your actual answering behaviour, not to the point in time.

Which language should I use?

The language you express yourself most naturally in. The system adapts accordingly. Answering in English produces an English analysis; answering in German produces a German one. Mixed language is possible but may slightly affect the consistency evaluation.
